Blooming in chaos

This past year and half has been tough for me personally for a lot of different reasons but despite the turmoil, sadness and instability, one thing has slowly continued flourishing; my art.

With this series, I’m exploring the feelings of self doubt and lack of confidence in both my personal life and artistic pursuits and creating the opposite of that through the usage of bright and bold colors, powerful and inspirational phrases and the confidence of the women as well as, the slight sadness in their eyes.

The series is still in progress and will be a continued journey for the time being.
